Description Summary
The Insurance Sales Exec Senior - Personal Lines is a commissioned sales position, offering high income potential. Responsibilities include developing profitable relationships, identifying potential customers, implementing sales and prospecting activities, and promoting all Huntington Insurance and Banking product lines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop profitable relationships with new and existing clients
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with internal and external sources to identify potential customers
- Develop marketing plans within the framework and direction of management, implement sales and prospecting activity as a follow-up on marketing plans
- Develop new and renewal business, team-based strategies, with appropriate support staff
- Adhere to the calendar year sales and marketing plan mutually agreed to and monitored by Huntington Insurance
- Pursue and close sales in Property and Casualty areas
- Build relationships with bank partners for cross-sell opportunities
- Promote all Huntington Insurance and Banking product lines
- Provide direction and leadership to service team, as well as participate in ongoing education for the service team
- Attend all sales meetings, sales strategy sessions, and company functions as required
- Maintain all applicable licenses and continuing education
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of Property and Casualty Sales experience, in lieu of bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of Property and Casualty sales experience
- P&C License
Preferred Qualifications
- State Insurance licensing
- Extensive record of success in personal home and auto insurance
- Experience working with high income/net worth and corporate customers
- Obtained insurance designations such as CPRM, CIC, CPCU or other related designations

Compensation Range
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
