General Responsibilities
- Input, validate, and manage risk program data (including policies, incidents, certificates, and exposure information)
- Administer and maintain Certificate of Insurance (COI) programs to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Analyze claims financials, premiums, exposures, and loss trends
- Support the onboarding, administration, troubleshooting, and training for the RMIS platform
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for Accounting and management
- Process and reconcile insurance checks and payments
- Prepare underwriting data and documentation for insurance renewals
- Evaluate risks related to current operations and emerging exposures, and recommend appropriate risk treatment methods
- Aid with departmental projects, maintain electronic records, and provide administrative support for insurance and legal compliance
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time, Exempt
- Office location: Irvine, CA
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm; Department needs will call for occasional evenings and weekends
- Travel time: Occasional travel may be required
- Salary Pay Range: $112,150-$140,000 annually

About the Role
The position is based in the Irvine, CA office and reports to the Insurance Risk Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of Risk Management experience required
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an Origami Risk Management Information System platform administrator preferred
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Designation preferred
- Experience in building dashboards and reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting requirements; understanding of Relational Database design and theory, and basic knowledge of query languages (SQL, SOQL, etc) preferred
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organized, detailed, and flexible
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer applications
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally with all levels of management
- Ability to maintain strict confidence
