Insurance defense/litigation Attorney

About the role

Our client provides personalized legal services in business, contract, personal injury, real estate, and insurance matters, representing both individual and corporate clients through consultations, negotiations, litigation, trials, and appeals.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in insurance defense and tort litigation
• Rhode Island bar License
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and dedicated to a very high level of client service
• Experience in conducting depositions, attending court conferences, drafting pleadings, interacting with clients and adjusters, and negotiating settlements

Qualifications and Expectations

The ideal candidate will be expected to work full-time and meet a billable hours requirement of 1800 hours.

Pay

The pay for this position is $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year.
