- Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents
- Strong negotiation skills, with a knack for achieving favorable settlements for clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Strong research skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively research legal matters and apply findings to case strategy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including developing litigation strategies, conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, and representing clients in court proceedings
- Provide expert legal counsel to clients on various insurance defense matters, including policy interpretation, coverage disputes, and liability assessment
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that is favorable and compliant with all legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services
- Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to insurance defense to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and ensuring their legal needs are met
- Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings, to promote the firm's services
