Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems using both online and print legal research tools.
  • Prepare and conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Provide sound legal advice to clients on a variety of civil litigation matters, including insurance disputes and personal injury claims.
  • Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case and client's specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with legal team to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to each case.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
  • Proven experience in insurance, personal injury, mediation, defense, mediations, and depositions.
  • Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects concurrently, delivering results efficiently.

Pay

$150,000 - $235,000 per year
