Hybrid remote position with a nationally recognized team specializing in Insurance Defense, civil litigation, and commercial litigation.

We primarily defend personal-injury claims and lawsuits on behalf of large, self-insured clients, handling trucking accidents, wrongful death claims, and premises-liability matters. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems using online and print legal research tools.
- Prepare and conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide sound legal advice to clients on insurance disputes and personal-injury claims.
- Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case and client’s specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to each case.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney.
- Licensed to practice law in the state.
- Proven experience in insurance, personal injury, mediation, defense, and depositions.
- Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and projects concurrently, delivering results efficiently.

Pay
$150,000 – $235,000 per year
