Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various Insurance Defense litigation matters
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trials
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Senior level candidates will be highly considered as well
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
