Responsibilities
- Communicate via phone and email with customers and insurance companies
- Provide insurance certificates and process policy changes as directed by the client
- Perform various other important duties while maintaining a consistent sense of urgency
Requirements
- Energetic, friendly, and laser-focused demeanor
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Superior computer proficiency
- Outstanding work ethic
Understanding of commercial insurance products and requirements is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
