About the role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales manager to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Present products and services to potential clients, providing detailed information on features, benefits, and pricing
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to set and meet sales goals, participate in team meetings, and provide regular progress reports

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Passion for sales and a proven track record of success
