Insurance Coverage/ Litigation Associate - Dallas, TX
About the role
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a mid-level Associate to join one of the Nation’s leading insurance coverage groups in our Dallas, TX office. The Associate will handle complicated and large dollar insurance coverage disputes involving white collar crime, including employee theft and a multitude of cyber and electronic crimes, primarily in federal courts throughout the U.S. and occasionally overseas.
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation practice experience
- Federal court litigation experience—preferably including taking and defending depositions and handling hearings
- Professional-lines insurance coverage experience is preferred but not required
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based setting
Pay
The salary range for this position is $205,000 - $225,000 annually. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
