About the role
This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters.
Responsibilities
- Work with a collaborative team representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas.
- Represent clients in first and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters.
- Take on significant responsibilities from the start.
- Provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed and advance within the firm.
Requirements
- Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar in good standing.
- Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
- Experience representing clients in first and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Pay
Estimated $140,000 to $230,000. The estimated salary range displayed is specifically for those applicants with 3-5 years of experience who will perform work in Chicago, IL, if selected for the role and is not applicable to other locations. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary range, market data, applicant skills, relevant experience, degrees, or certifications.
