First-Year Insurance Coverage/ Litigation Associate - Dallas, TX
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a first-year Associate to join our Fidelity, Surety, & Coverage Business Unit in Dallas, TX, starting in September 2026. Candidates must have taken the July 2026 bar exam or hold an active Texas bar license.
About the role
The Associate will handle large-dollar insurance coverage disputes nationwide, primarily in federal courts, and evaluate insurance coverage claims, with a focus on crime and professional liability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Handle insurance coverage disputes in federal courts
- Evaluate insurance coverage claims, particularly in crime and professional liability insurance
Requirements
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting
- Submission of cover letter, resume, law school and undergraduate transcripts, and a writing sample
Pay
$195,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
