Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Recommend and sell a range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring they have the best coverage
- Aim to exceed sales goals for personal and agency growth
- Stay informed on insurance products and industry updates
- Use CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and renewals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for agency growth
Requirements
- 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and closing business
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred or a willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual abilities are valued
