The Farmers Insurance Agency Protégé Program offers mentorship and training from an established professional agent. You will learn valuable tools to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans to build your own book of business. You will "earn as you learn" without previous insurance sales experience.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Learning and applying sales techniques and strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
- Soliciting and closing insurance policies
- Differentiating and negotiating insurance plans
- Managing your own book of business
Requirements
