Insurance Agency General Manager and Operations Director
The Role
Sales Leadership & Floor Management: You aren't just managing; you are coaching. You will recruit, train, and mentor licensed producers, run joint appointments, and ensure the team is ruthlessly executing our proven sales processes.
Lead Flow & Metric Tracking: You will live in the data. You will track dialer metrics, manage lead distribution, and optimize conversion rates to keep activity high and profitable.
Customer Retention & Service: Develop and enforce strict operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee the service side of the house to maximize renewals and cross-sells.
Agency Operations: Ensure the smooth, daily function of the entire office. From compliance to technology utilization, you make sure the machine runs without friction.
Requirements
Property & Casualty experience is strictly required. You must have 5+ years of heavy-hitting experience in the P&C insurance industry, with a proven track record of managing people, hitting sales metrics, and running agency operations.
Prior Farmers Insurance experience is a huge plus.
A Texas Property & Casualty license is mandatory. Life & Health is highly preferred (or you must be willing to obtain it within 30 days).

Pay Range: $60,000–$95,000 + OTE (Base Salary + Aggressive Performance Incentives- based on realistic goals)
