Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the insurance agency
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve quarterly targets
- Ensure all policies are compliant with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share
- Collaborate with clients to provide personalized insurance solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance management
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
