Insurance Administrator

About the role

Sunrise Acceptance, Inc., an affiliate of the Easy Auto Group, is hiring a full-time Insurance Clerk at our Cleveland, TN headquarters. This is a great fit if you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy work that has a clear rhythm — tracking policies, keeping records accurate, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets tracking insurance information
• Scan, file, and update insurance policies and related documents
• Update internal systems with accurate policy and customer data
• Arrange insurance payments and set up customer accounts
• Communicate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve questions
• Support the team with general office and clerical tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a knack for keeping records accurate
• Solid data entry and customer service background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office — especially Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
• Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and integrity
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced office
• Team player who's willing to learn and pitch in across the department
• Insurance experience preferred, but not required
