INSULATOR EXPERIENCED

About the role

The candidate will remove, repair, and install various types of insulation; including fiberglass, calcium silicate, and rubatex from piping systems, ventilation systems, and various components and structures throughout the ship. Candidate may also remove/install floor tiling.

Must Have

• 2+ years of hands-on insulation work experience
• Willing to undergo a background investigation and drug screen
• Able to pass physical agility test
• Able to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb on a daily basis
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds
• Able to perform overhead work
• Able to work at extreme heights
• Able to perform work outdoors, year-round, in all weather conditions
• Able to work in small, tight, confined spaces
• Able to take measurements or willing to learn
• Willing to work in radiation areas (with appropriate training and equipment)
• Able to be clean shaven to wear a respirator
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Willing to work any shift

Nice to Have

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Pay

Salary Range: $74,297.60 to $85,196.80
