About the role

The School of Education (SOE) at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse is seeking to establish an instructor pool to support ongoing program needs. Positions are contingent upon departmental hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates classroom, online, and/or laboratory instruction for one or more courses
• Assesses student performance
• Develops instructional design and curriculum relevant to a course of instruction
• Serves as an initial point of contact for students as it relates to specific course or series content and expectations

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a field appropriate to the needs of the department, or significant progress toward a doctorate degree
• In rare circumstances, post-baccalaureate certification or licensure, or a baccalaureate plus experience, can be established as appropriate qualifications for the teaching position
• Specific certification/licensure or clinical experience may be required depending on the program
