About the role

The Leadership Studies undergraduate program is fully online and offers 10 upper-division courses. It uses an interdisciplinary approach to help students develop personal and professional skills to transform themselves and enrich communities. Graduates are expected to enhance their careers and lives.

Qualifications

  • Degree: Earned M.B.A., M.S., M.A. or other graduate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Demonstrated professional experience and competency in leadership areas, experience fostering a supportive learning environment, and documented teaching effectiveness in online courses.
  • Preferred: Documented teaching effectiveness in online courses within the last five years. Other professional certifications welcome.
  • Terminal degree.
