MTC is proud to operate the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY. Our staff provides quality services to local youth, valuing dedication and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
• Cookordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/or instruction.
• Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.
• Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent, and three (3) years related work experience.
• Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state of employment by a professional trade organization.
• Specific requirements as required in designated vocational training.
• A current CDL-A license with a clean driving record.

$48,000 annually
