About the role
Responsible for training and supervising heavy equipment operators in various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Train new operators in safe operation and maintenance techniques.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on heavy machinery.
- Document all training sessions and maintenance activities for record-keeping purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using heavy machinery diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with heavy equipment repair and maintenance.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
