Instructional Tech Spec III - Facilities Enterprise Systems Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for Facilities enterprise systems like Maximo and EZMaxMobile
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor training materials and curricula to user requirements
• Design instructional content, including guides, aids, and training videos for different learning styles
• Refined training processes based on participant feedback and best practices for improved engagement
• Prepare and maintain training environments, ensuring proper setup and security provisioning
• Oversee help desk sessions to assist users post-training and contribute to system enhancement initiatives
• Communicate EAMS-related updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in software application training, including curriculum development and instructional design
• Proficient in adult learning principles, particularly in a higher education setting
• Ability to create comprehensive training programs and instructional materials, with practical exercises included
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with training accessibility standards for inclusive education
• Experience with change management principles
