About the role
Washington Academy is seeking a full-time Educational Technician III.
Responsibilities
- Supports the instructional program by providing technical assistance to students and staff.
- Maintains equipment and supplies in classrooms and labs.
- Assists with the preparation and maintenance of instructional materials.
- Ensures safety and security of facilities and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or documentation of at least three years of post-secondary education or a combination equivalent to 90 hours of approved study in an educationally related field is required.
- A current CHRC (Criminal History Record Check) through the Maine Department of Education is required.
Qualifications
- Experience working in educational settings preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Knowledge of educational technology.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
