Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learner needs and translate them into clear, measurable learning objectives.
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences across formats-including interactive eLearning, videos, podcasts, assessments, and instructor-led sessions.
• Create storyboards, multimedia assets, and interactive course content using established instructional design methodologies.
• Develop adaptive and dynamic learning solutions using tools such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, or Evolve.
• Design and implement assessment strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness at course, module, and element levels.
• Collaborate with multimedia developers to visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and end-to-end learning journeys.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and course files to ensure version control and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, SMEs, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to leverage resources, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on instructional design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a variety of learning solutions.
• 2+ years of experience developing content with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, Evolve).
• Solid knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, backward design, and design thinking.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, multimedia learning principles, and visual design best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
