Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and enhance existing e-learning modules for improved engagement and effectiveness.
  • Design and develop new training materials, including interactive e-learnings, video tutorials, in-person training content, job aids, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Apply ADDIE and L&D best practices to create high-quality instructional content.
  • Ensure all training materials meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning content.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in instructional design or content development.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience designing compliance-focused training materials.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in learning design, e-learning development, or related fields.
