Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation of digital learning materials such as modules, presentations, and interactive content.
- Support faculty in organizing and optimizing courses within Canvas.
- Apply basic instructional design principles to enhance course structure and delivery.
- Create user guides, tutorials, and training resources for faculty and students.
- Assist with multimedia production tasks including video recording, editing, and captioning.
- Support accessibility efforts by ensuring materials are ADA compliant.
- Evaluate and test instructional technologies and tools used in academic and clinical education.
- Collaborate on projects related to hybrid and online learning, including course redesign and digital engagement strategies.
- Provide basic technical support for instructional platforms and classroom tools.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Instructional Technology, Information Systems, or Educational Technology required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook preferred.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms such as Banner, Canvas, Blackboard, Adobe Connect.
- Strong attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and matrix management skills.
- Basic understanding of instructional design concepts and learning principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, captioning best practices).
Pay
Minimum Salary: USD $17.00/Hr.
Maximum Salary: USD $19.00/Hr.
