Paid internship located at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

About the role

Join Uline as a 2027 Instructional Design Intern and gain hands-on experience creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.

Requirements

• Open to Junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Articulate preferred.
