Responsibilities
- Teach exceptional students according to individual education plans following adopted curriculum, instructional methods, monitoring systems.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Evaluate student performance regularly and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and certification in Exceptional Student Education.
Qualifications
- Experience working with deaf and hard of hearing students is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of assistive technology and resources for deaf and hard of hearing students.
