Job Description

Instructional Assistant I / II / III support our elementary instructional needs. We are looking for candidates with any combination of experience and training which provides the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties.

• Supports teachers in the classroom by assisting with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment.
• Assists with the supervision and management of students during instructional time and breaks.
• Provides assistance to students with special needs, including those with learning disabilities or emotional disturbances.
• Works collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure the success of students.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing and able to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license.

Benefits Included

• Length Of Work Year: 18A - (9 months/year, 206 days/year, 5 days/week)
• Length of Work Day: 6.5 hours
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
