Responsibilities and Duties
- Assists individuals and small groups of students with instructional tasks.
- Assists with classroom management.
- Records student progress and maintains accurate records.
- Provides specialized attention, support, and assistance to any children with identified health concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of study at an institution of higher education, or an Associate's or higher degree.
- Pass a formal state or local academic assessment demonstrating knowledge of and the ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and mathematics (or reading, writing, and mathematics readiness).
- CPR training.
SALARY
Range 11, $18.66 - $23.31 per hour based on 10 steps (includes additional $0.32 per hour in lieu of benefits, and $0.25 per hour M/S Stipend).
