Institutional Services Associate I - Client Training and Onboarding

About the role

The onboarding team at Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. collaborates to provide new and prospective clients with exceptional attention and support. Each team member manages their own group of clients, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. Experienced team members serve as mentors, guiding junior staff through complex or non-standard inquiries. This structure enhances the overall knowledge within the team.

Responsibilities

• Aid in handling new and prospective client inquiries via telephone, email, and tickets.
• Support the new client onboarding process, assisting with applications, approvals, asset deposits, incoming transfers, and reporting.
• Host individualized platform-related client training sessions using Microsoft Teams.
• Provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or economics – all majors welcome.
• Experience working with clients in any capacity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish roles available.
