  • Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches.
  • Partner internally by collaborating with ADP associates in sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with the client project team, and addressing priorities, timelines, and issues.
  • Multi-task and communicate by managing multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and projects simultaneously, sharing essential information with clients and internal teams, and adhering to a structured daily schedule.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, with increased phone time during peak seasons like year-end.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; ADP provides comprehensive training for success in the role.
  • Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Benefits

  • Join one of nine Business Resource Groups to connect globally with networks and allies who share common interests and experiences.
  • Best-in-class benefits starting on Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a matched retirement savings plan.
  • Focus on mental health and well-being with dedicated resources and support.
  • Company-paid time off for volunteering for causes you care about, and a commitment to giving back to communities.
  • Wellness program, short- and long-term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days, and vacation.
