About the role
USBAM is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as the key point of contact to institutional clients in Florida & the Southeast. This individual will lead and strengthen client engagements, provide capital market and economic updates, perform cash flow analysis, and develop investment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain client interface with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Investment Committees.
- Provide performance reviews and advice on cash flow analysis.
- Create and present investment analyses including performance, cash flow, and security analysis.
- Develop and present innovative ways to educate clients on current market events and investment opportunities.
- Inform and educate clients about USBAM products and services.
- Coordinate information flow between staff, clients, and USBAM project and product managers.
- Prepare and present client reports and other written communications.
- Support other sales, marketing, and service activities as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management with institutional clients.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 licensed or completed within 120 days of start date.
Qualifications
- Capital Markets knowledge and experience.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships.
Benefits
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. This position also requires 5 or more hours of driving per week.

Pay Range: $99,540.00 - 121,660.00
