Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as firm security administrator for custodian access/security structures, including setting up, granting, monitoring, and withdrawing permissions as needed.

  • Support the setup, maintenance, and oversight of operational structures with institutional partners such as custodians and brokers.

  • Adhere to processes and policies around access and security administration for custodians and other key partners.

  • Field requests from internal stakeholders, escalating as necessary, and bringing items to resolution.

  • Support institutional transitions and integrations during significant organizational events.

  • Execute key strategic project elements focused on optimizing institutional relationships and improving operational efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with teams to streamline internal processes.

  • Assist in the delivery and organization of data required to meet compliance and regulatory obligations.

  • Reconcile data to support institutional relationship goals and objectives.

  • Serve as a key point of contact to ensure seamless communication and task execution.

  • Ensure that all projects and tasks are communicated effectively, with detailed follow-through on action items.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Project Coordination: Proven ability to execute according to defined project plans and deadlines.

  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.

  • Data Analysis: Solid data analysis skills and experience with Excel, with the ability to interpret and leverage data, including creating formulas, using Pivot tables, and cleaning and organizing data.

  • Custodian Experience: Deep experience working with custodians is preferred, particularly in the context of permissioning, access management, and operational transitions.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across various levels of the organization and external partners.

  • Follow-Through: A high degree of follow-through and accountability for the successful execution of day-to-day responsibilities and strategic projects.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with institutional coordination in financial services, particularly with custodians and brokers.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks related to institutional relationships, particularly in the context of custodial access and security structures.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

Pay Information

The pay range for this position is $60,475-$110,400 USD per year.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

  • For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

  • Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.

  • Corient will require proof of work authorization.
