Qualifications

• Clean Driving Record
• 18 Years of Age or Older
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Sign Production
• Experience in Install Preferred
• Previous Experience in Sign Installation, Construction, or a Related Field Preferred
• Proficiency with Hand Tools and Equipment Used in Sign Installation
• Strong Understanding of Safety Procedures and Practices
• Basic Carpentry, Electrical, or Welding Skills, if Applicable
• Scissor Lift and Bucket Truck Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Ability to Lift Heavy Materials and Equipment
• Comfortable Working at Heights, Such as Ladders, Scaffolding, or Lifts
• Good Physical Stamina and Manual Dexterity
• Able to Stand for Long Periods of Time (4 Hours or More)
• Able to Lift 50 or More Pounds
• Flexible to Lean Over a Waist-High Table and Use Back and Forth Hand Motion to Apply Vinyl Letters and Graphics to a Substrate
• Able to Work Under Pressure to Output High Volume, High-Quality Work
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator Preferred
• Able to Prioritize Jobs, Multi-Task, and Work Autonomously

Responsibilities

• All Offsite Sign and Print Media Installations
• Able to Assess an Environment for the Needs and Techniques of the Installation
• Verify Measurements Before Starting
• Work Independently and with Other Team Members When Required
• Prepare Substrates for Vinyl Application to Include Cutting, Painting, Laminating, Cleaning, etc.
• Weed Excess Vinyl from Computer-Cut Images
• Operate and Maintain Printer(s)
• Perform Quality Assurance Measures Pre- and Post-Production by Accurately Reading and Interpreting a Work Order and Then Proofing for Errors or Unacceptable Standards
• Perform Finishing Operations Such as Laminating and/or Mounting of Printed Pieces
• Report Inventory Levels and Stock to Be Reordered to the Center Manager/Production Manager or Franchisee
• Clean and Maintain Storage Areas
