Installation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients via telephone
• Diagnosing problems using tools
• Fixing or replacing parts
• Servicing various types of packaging equipment
• Promoting company services
• Maintain up to date product knowledge and industry trends
• Implement and maintain company directives and policies
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
• Troubleshooting and identifying issues
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers
• Documenting services performed and customer interactions
• Traveling to customer locations
• Adequacy and safety awareness

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Industrial Packaging preferred
• Proven understanding of technical software
• Prior experience in MRO
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High regard for quality assurance and customer service
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills

Pay

Pay Range: $4,083.57 - $7,152.75

Schedule

This role is remote and supports the IN/OH region. The ideal candidate must be in EST time zone, preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Fort Wayne, IN.
