Installer / Production Specialist
Job Summary
Production Specialists work in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for various business applications. The role involves cutting printed graphics using a variety of tools, applying products to substrates, and performing installations to vehicles and building interiors and exteriors.
Responsibilities
- Cut printed graphics using wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades
- Apply products to substrates
- Perform installations to vehicles and building interiors and exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system
- Weld and perform other construction-type work as needed
- Utilize work orders to ensure accuracy and detail in custom orders
- Use welding, electrical, and laser equipment as applicable
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Pays close attention to detail
- Good management skills to oversee other employees
Qualifications
- Experience in similar roles preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Skills
- Proficiency with wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades
- Knowledge of welding, electrical, and laser equipment
