What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Crew Chief and team with safely setting up the manufactured home
- Work to quickly and independently own various construction tasks needed to set up the home such as:
- Installing vapor barriers
- Learning how to and becoming comfortable with leveling and bolting floors and walls, anchoring walls, and other specific, technical tasks
- Basic masonry work
- Assisting with electrical and plumbing crossovers
- Assisting with bonding wires and repair bottom board
- Partner with the Crew Chief to understand what needs to be done for the day
When You’ll Be Doing It
Full-time, Monday through Friday
