Responsibilities

• Install security film and laminate products on commercial and government windows with a specialized crew
• Follow precise architectural instructions and high quality standards to ensure flawless product alignment
• Handle specialized materials and installation tools safely to maintain an efficient and secure workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site during every phase of the field installation
• Collaborate closely with your field operations team to complete nationwide travel projects on schedule
• Represent the company values of total accountability and premium craftsmhip on every assignment

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for extended periods
• Comfortable traveling nationwide to support installation projects (approximately 50% travel)
• Commitment to learning the trade and growing with the company
• Valid driver's license and the ability to commute to the Grayslake, IL facility when required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Up to 2 years of hands-on work experience in a related trade (preferred)
• Prior experience in vinyl wrap, window tinting, commercial glazing, or wallpaper installation (preferred)
• Natural mechanical aptitude and a history of working effectively within a team environment (preferred)

Pay

$17.79 to $27.88 per hour (based on experience) plus performance bonuses
