Installation Supervisor - Charlotte

About the role

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation process of new equipment and systems in various client locations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of new equipment and systems in client locations
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
• Manage a team of installers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the installation industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Pay
