Installation Project Coordinator

About the role

Pella Carolina Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage post-sales activities for trade builders or commercial customers. The role involves coordinating with customers, installers, and sales reps to ensure a seamless installation process.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to Pella Carolina policies.
• Promote safety and accountability by identifying potential risks and fostering a safe workplace environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Communicate with customers throughout the installation process via reminder calls, emails, and confirming service dates.
• Coordinate scheduling for Field Project Coordinator to meet customer needs.
• Develop and implement action plans to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor the installation process from start to finish and update all stakeholders involved.
• Review certificate of completion, invoice, and ensure final payment from the customer.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Construction, building material, or supply experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• A take-action attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Office 365 and other essential office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years successful customer service experience.
