Installation Permit Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Multitasking and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Permitting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus
