About the role
The Installation Coordinator position at Easy Ice is responsible for owning the customer experience with all aspects of the installation process within a designated region. This role serves as a liaison between the sales team, warehouse, field service, and Easy Ice customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the scheduling of all install activities
- Validates with the customer that all install requirements have been met prior to scheduling installs
- Affords assistance in confirming all install work is completed to Easy Ice SOP
- Proactively manages customer situations regarding timing, work effort, customer responsibilities, etc.
- Effectively communicates with customers and internal departments (Sales Coordinator, Warehouse, FS Manager, and Lead Dispatcher) through email, applications and phone
- Upholds a high level of customer service and expectation with all customer interaction
- Understands and possesses knowledge of Salesforce, capable of maneuvering within and obtaining customer information
- Responsible for creating and setting up maintenance plans
- Ensures that the account has all the proper information for the handoff to Service Delivery and Accounting
- Initiates work orders with service partners through Easy Ice and Easy Ice partner's computer systems
- Operates, maintains, and delivers exceptional customer service
- Maintains a positive office atmosphere/environment
Requirements
- Education: Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer service role
- Demonstrated track record of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated track record of working effectively with employees in various departments of the company
- Working knowledge of computer programs and multi-line phone systems
