Installation Coordinator

Service Pros Installation Group is a family-owned business headquartered in Charlotte, NC, dedicated to positively impacting those they serve by prioritizing the needs of their coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
• Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
• Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
• Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.
• Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
• Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office
• Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers
