Responsibilities
- Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
- Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
- Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
- Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.
- Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
- Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office
- Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers
