Installation Coordinator

Tasks

• Communicate / Coordinate with supervisors, Installation Management, and project managers regarding labor requirements, materials, site conditions, equipment rentals and overall project status
• Selects appropriate processes from clearly documented rules, past practices, or instruction
• Sets up and maintains equipment and tools
• Assists CSMU Installation Management with Daily, Weekly and Monthly data processing for labor hours
• Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages
• Performs the administration for programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the CSMU Installation Group
• Performs simple, routine work within area of specialization
• The Installation Coordinator will be the glue that holds the team together!

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of vocational/technical training or an Associate Degree preferred
• Proven work experience as a previous Coordinator or that of a similar role
• Specialized skill training/certification may be required
• Microsoft programs experience required
• Experience in the Automated Material Handling Industry a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet position requirement of up to 25% travel.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000 - $86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
