Installation Manager
About the Role
As our Installation Manager, you will bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites. Your familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team. You will also be responsible for other Installation Supervisors/Superintendents with their own teams and making sure that site readiness is followed through for the various projects under your scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple teams on various construction sites with multiple subcontractors in vicinity
- Implement and monitor safety guidelines as a top priority for you and your team
- Provide learning opportunities for your team
- Effectively manage a schedule and track your team's overall performance
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals
- Guide your team on construction sites with understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge
- Manage other Installation Supervisors/Superintendents with their own teams
- Ensure site readiness is followed through for various projects under your scope
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant construction expertise
- Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Appetite for learning an exciting and new field
- Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $179,200 – $235,200. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 20% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
