Installation Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (In-Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time – Monday to Friday / Saturdays as needed
Start Time: 7:00 AM

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation team. You will be on the leadership team of this company and will be responsible for running a department of 8+ vans and 12 carpenters. This role is key to ensuring high-quality installations, outstanding customer satisfaction, and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Be on time/early every day (critical for this position)
• Oversee and manage daily installation schedules and service calls
• Train, coach, and support the installation team to ensure quality performance
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction on every project
• Efficiently manage the installation board and optimize daily workflow
• Coordinate daily van fleet operations for residential installations
• Support the implementation of new processes and procedures
• Address and resolve on-site issues and provide creative problem-solving solutions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong technical skills with computers and software
• 2–5 years of experience in consumer-facing installation or home services preferred
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Effective multitasker with strong follow-through
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
