Installation IT Applications Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Application Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize various enterprise applications within our installation organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical software systems that support our organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications.
• Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.
• Manage and optimize applications vital to business processes and decision-making.
• Coordinate enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
• Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives, fostering seamless integration between applications.
• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business partners, to gather requirements and implement application changes.
• Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Embrace continuous learning and self-development.
• Perform application rationalization.
• Work with technology partners (consultancies).
• Simplify and consolidate applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of functional experience.
• Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
• Administer operational procedures to ensure smooth service operation.

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,625 - $135,850 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
