Installation Analyst

About the role
The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies Installation Analyst for a US Navy Weapons Engineering and Program Acquisition Support contract. YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to install hardware and software on ships
- Support installation planning for new construction ships, in-service ships receiving upgrades, and ships having systems removed and replaced during depot maintenance cycles
- Review installation manuals and drawings
- Participate in a variety of reviews and meetings, including PARM reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, and Interface Working Groups
- Aid in preparing Combat System Certification documentation
- Prepare SPM PARM Review briefing materials and participate in Installation Working Group meetings
- Prepare afloat and shore installation policy, process, standards, and training documentation
- Provide installation process execution requirements and software specifications to support tool development
- Apply regulations and policies affecting the installation of Programs of Record (POR) or non-POR systems (i.e., Navy Installation Process Handbooks, NAVSEA Technical Specifications, OPNAV instructions, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual, etc.)
Requirements
- At least 7 years’ experience as an Installation Analyst for the U.S. Navy or for programs/teams supporting the U.S. Navy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline
- Direct experience as an Installation Analyst with NAVSEA or PEO IWS program offices
- An active SECRET clearance
- Familiarity with NAVSEA and OPNAV installation instructions and policies
- Ability to work effectively with team members and subcontractors from various technical, acquisition, and administrative disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver coherent and concise customer presentations

Pay
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 USD per year (HQ).
